New Synthetic Methodology
New synthetic methodology is developed aimed at the synthesis of concise, highly functionalized enantiopure (heterocyclic) compounds. This is often achieved by synergistic combination of biocatalysis and transition metal catalysis. In addition, parallel synthesis techniques are being used to increase the efficiency of methodology development, but also to produce libraries of biologically relevant compound classes.
